a. Ownership: The Platform, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by USA Doctor Network and its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
b. Limited License: USA Doctor Network grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms of Service.
Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability
a. Disclaimer of Warranties: The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. USA Doctor Network does not guarantee the availability, accuracy, or completeness of the Platform or its content.
b. Limitation of Liability: In no event shall USA Doctor Network be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform. The total liability of USA Doctor Network shall not exceed $100.
Termination and Modification
a. Termination: USA Doctor Network reserves the right to suspend, disable, or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, for any reason, including if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms of Service.
b. Modification: USA Doctor Network may modify these Terms of Service at any time by posting the revised version on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after such changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
a. Governing Law: These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without giving effect to any choice or conflict of law provision.
